Russ is a Fund Accounting Analyst at Windrose Advisors, where he collaborates with the investment and client service teams to strengthen operations and deliver a seamless client experience. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, he plays a key role in supporting investment execution for the annual audit and tax filing process and manages a range of client deliverables.

Prior to joining Windrose, Russ served as the Controller at Growcore Investments, where he played a key role in managing financial operations, compliance, and investor relations for a consumer-focused private equity portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held key operations roles with several private equity firms including Audax Group, Great Hill Partners, and Nautic Partners in Providence. Russ received his BA from the University of Vermont.

Russ lives in Norfolk and when he’s not at work he can be found outdoors with his family, on walks with his dog, or on the soccer fields supporting community teams.
