TJ assists the Windrose Client Service Team with opening new accounts, preparing client reports and money movements.

Prior to joining the Windrose team, TJ worked at COGENCY GLOBAL, INC. in Charlotte, NC and Boston, MA, as a Client Service Specialist, where he supported the onboarding of new clients, reconciled and maintained client financial records, reviewed data to ensure proper procedures were being followed, filed annual reports for his clients, supported the preparation and coordination of the audit process, and resolved financial discrepancies.

TJ graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is new to Lowell, MA, where he lives with his wife and two cats. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, soccer, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
