Chris is the Chief Strategy Officer at Windrose Advisors, where he oversees business strategy, execution, and partnerships.

Prior to joining Windrose Advisors, Chris was a Partner at Growcore Investments, f/k/a Fireman Capital Partners (“FCP”), a growth focused private equity firm. He was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, and directing the fund’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining FCP, Chris was an Associate at GB Merchant Partners, a distressed focused private equity firm. Chris began his career in finance at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital, working in the Global Consumer Investment Banking Division.

Chris has more than fifteen years of professional experience in finance. Throughout his career, he has sat on multiple corporate Boards of Directors — collaborating with companies to develop, establish, and manage business strategy while also overseeing execution to achieve key goals.

Chris received his BA in Economics from Brown University. Living in Boston, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as cooking, golfing, and supporting Arsenal Football Club.
