Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Carol joined Windrose Advisors in 2023 and serves as the firm’s Executive Assistant & Office Manager, supporting the Partners and broader team across all facets of daily operations. She manages complex scheduling, coordinates internal workflows, oversees office logistics, and leads a wide range of ad‑hoc and strategic projects that keep the organization running smoothly. With a focus on efficiency, communication, and a high standard of service, Carol is a central resource for both the team and clients.

Before joining Windrose, Carol spent several years as the Office Manager at Phillips & Angley, a real estate law firm in downtown Boston. In that role, she managed attorney calendars, coordinated correspondence with courts and clients, maintained office operations, and supported both legal and administrative initiatives. Earlier in her career, while completing her BA in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, Carol served as the Residence Director of an adult group home, where she oversaw staff and resident schedules, collaborated with clinicians and care teams, and ensured quality‑of‑life programming for residents. She also studied Event Management & Hospitality at Lasell College and was actively involved with several nonprofit organizations on and off campus.

Outside of work Carol enjoys traveling, hiking & swimming outdoors, reading, and being the best auntie to her nieces & nephew. She currently resides in Dudley, Massachusetts with her wife and their dog, Jack.
