We are excited to announce the promotion of Celicia Zhao to Deputy Chief Investment Officer!

For almost 5 years, Celicia has accomplished great things at Windrose Advisors. She has continued to push herself and our investment team to ensure we are identifying analyzing, and monitoring manager and investment opportunities across our investment platform. She has also been front and center on refining our asset allocation process. Celicia has become a mentor and resource to her fellow employees. Finally, she has taken a lead role with many of clients.
