Amanda is a Director at Windrose Advisors, working closely with the investment team on asset allocation, manager selection, investment due diligence and research across asset classes, with a focus on private investments. She also works closely with clients on designing and implementing investment portfolios.

Prior to re-joining Windrose Advisors, Amanda worked as a Senior Research Analyst at NEPC, with a focus on private equity manager due diligence. Prior to NEPC, Amanda worked as an Associate on the investment team at Windrose Advisors, serving as a generalist across asset classes. Prior to initially joining Windrose, Amanda started her career at STEER Partners, a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in transaction advisory and strategic planning.

Amanda graduated summa cum laude from Merrimack College, majoring in both Economics and Spanish. Amanda is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
